ORDERING QUESTIONS

What is a turnover order?

Marketnative is a sales partner with UNFI and KeHE Distributors. Our deals are facilitated between the Brands we represent, and via these distributors, on a turnover order, to be processed by the distributor, where your product will be delivered from. When you place an order on our system, the order is immediately “turned over” to the distributor, as an auto-ship order, for your next available shipment for processing.

How will I receive confirmation of my order?

You will receive a copy of your order once it’s been submitted, by email, and you will receive details of your order in your customer account on marketnative.com under “view my order history”.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How do I receive my product?

All products purchased from Marketnative’s website will be submitted through your distributor (either UNFI or KeHE) and will be scheduled for your next available delivery.

When can I expect my product to be received?

All products purchased from Marketnative’s website will be submitted through your distributor (either UNFI or KeHE) and will be scheduled for your next available delivery.

Where’s my product/order?

All products purchased from Marketnative’s website will be submitted through your distributor (either UNFI or KeHE) and will be sent for your next available delivery. If you have not received your order, or certain products from your order, please reach out to your UNFI or KeHE Account Rep, and either email [email protected] or reply-all to the original order submission.

Possibilities for orders not being fulfilled include:

  1. A lapse of 30 days or longer between turnover submission and your order delivery date
  2. Out of stocked product at your warehouse.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?

Marketnative does not offer returns or credits. All returns and credit requests will go through your distributor, where you’ve elected products from.

I received a mis-pick, how do I return this item?

If you’ve received a mis-pick, reach out to your UNFI or KeHE Account Manager, or call your distributor to facilitate a return. Additionally please let us know and email [email protected]

I’ve ordered product(s), but I’ve decided I no longer want it/them.

Once you’ve ordered a product from our website, the order gets immediately turned over to your distributor. If you’ve ordered product through our system and decided that you no longer want it. Please reply all on the order email, and request to cancel your order, and stop transmission. Then reach out to your distributor directly so that they can facilitate the cancelation request.

I’ve received damaged, or out of date product.

For any damaged or out of date product, please reach out to your UNFI or KeHE Account Manager, or their customer service team, to facilitate a resolution.

ESTIMATED PRICING

We display estimated distributor pricing on Marketnative.com. Please check with your distributors (UNFI or KeHE) for your correct list pricing on items for your account. Our MCB discounts will be applied to the price that is available to you by your distributor.
